巴士團參團須知及旅遊條款

尊敬的旅客,感謝您選擇東亞旅遊。爲確保您能全面了解此次旅行,請仔細閱讀以下條文。旅客一經交付訂金,即代表您已閱讀、接受及同意本參團須知及旅遊條款。

報團及收費細則

1.團費均以加幣計算,以旅客報名時的價格爲准。本公司保留出發前調整價格之權利。不含機票之旅行團報名時每人至少繳付100加幣訂金;若行程包含機票,則每人需繳付300加幣訂金。餘款需於出發前45日付清。

2.團費包括 所有適用稅項(如HST及其他稅項)、行程中指定使用之交通工具、酒店住宿及華人領隊隨團服務,行程中主要以華語講解。

3.團費不包括 行程中所有膳食(特別列明除外),領隊和司機之服務費($10每人每天以當地貨幣計算。必付費用,以現金方式收取)及其他各項小費(如酒店、餐廳等),行程中全部的付費景點門票、船票等,以及其他個人費用,如:行李費、電話費、洗衣費、酒店收費電視、酒水等。

4.若旅客以特價或折扣價購買旅行團,報名時必須繳付全款。報名後不能退改,所付團費恕不退還。

5.旅客若需取消訂位,必須以書面方式通知本公司。出團前45日或以上取消訂位,即扣除全數訂金作手續費;出發前44日至31日內,扣除每人總團費百分之二十;出發前30至21日前取消,扣除每人總團費百分之四十;出發前20日內取消將扣除團費之全部。信用卡手續費均不退還。報團後若需更改出發日期或行程,作取消訂位處理。任何未經使用或錯過之服務(如住宿等)均不能轉讓、兌換現金,旅客不得籍此要求賠償或退款。

6.旅客須于報名時提供准確護照姓名。若因個人原因不能成行而需要更換客人姓名,本公司將收取$50/人手續費。如因將購買旅行團轉讓他人造成的一切損失及相關法律責任,均與本公司無涉。若行程包含機票,作取消訂位處理。

7.行程中自費項目及景點門票(以現金方式收取)均由本公司統一安排及代購,價格以官方外賣價為準。旅客若自行購買、或從其它途徑獲取入場門票,將影響其他旅客及旅行團的運行,本公司保留向其追索相關影響費用的權利(最高可達加幣100/人)。

8.超過10位客人同時參加同一個團,需遵照【團體出遊】之參團細則。請於報團時向銷售人員索取。

9.巴士團不設兒童(嬰兒)價格。所有巴士團均依據正規巴士及酒店保險條例操作,每位旅客(包括嬰兒)都必須占有一個座位,其姓名必須在報團名單中。

10.旅遊保險屬個人費用。爲保障客人利益,本公司建議每位旅客購買個人旅遊保險,包括意外﹑疾病﹑行李、及因取消旅行團之賠償損失保險等。請於報名時與銷售人員咨詢。

參團細則

1.客人必須持有六個月或以上有效旅遊證件(以回程日期計算),另自備有效過境達目的地之簽證。旅客若於旅程中因證件或其他原因被當地政府拒絕入境,概與本公司無關,亦不得藉故要求退款或轉團。

2.旅客于報名時須選定上車地點。如需更改,請于出發前五個工作日以書面方式通知本公司。或本公司有權因團隊操作理由不接受更改要求。如因更改上車地點未告知而誤車,或因逾時到達集合地點而不能隨團出發,本公司恕不負責,所交費用概不退還。

3.酒店房型不論雙人、三人或四人房均爲同樣房間。房間內一般設有一張雙人床、或兩張單人、或兩張雙人床,及獨立浴廁;三人、四人房即該間房由三人、四人共同使用,不另加床。本公司有權調換住宿房間以確保行程順利。

4.爲公平起見,領隊每天將對巴士座位進行編排,客人必須按導遊的編排入座。

5.單獨參團的旅客必須爲法定成年人,未成年人參團必須要有法定成年人陪同。如若陪同者不是合法監護人,必須向本公司提供合法監護人書面同意書。

6.旅客若因個人原因沒有按照領隊指定時間於指定地點集合,旅客須自行承擔因此產生的一切費用(如食宿、交通等)。

7.本公司網頁或宣傳單張中的行程均屬文字參考性質如有錯漏,本公司將保留最終解釋權。客人不得因此提出異議、要求賠償或取消行程。

8.本公司保留隨時調換酒店及更改行程之權利,以便操作順利。

責任問題

本公司所選用之各類觀光交通工具,如飛機、輪船、火車、巴士及酒店等,其對旅客及行李之安全均訂立有各種不同之條例以對旅客負責。行李遺失、意外傷亡及財産損失等情形, 當根據各機構所訂立之安全條例作爲處理的依據,概與本公司無涉。至于有關酒店住宿﹑膳食﹑遊覽順序等問題,將依據本公司之遊覽章程辦理。若遇特殊情況, 如:因旅客個人健康原因、簽證受阻延﹑惡劣天氣﹑罷工﹑台風影響﹑證件遺失,及當地酒店突告客滿﹑原定航班取消或延誤﹑遊覽車機件故障﹑政變等非人力可控制的突發事件等等,必須更改行程及住宿安排、或取消任何一項遊覽項目,本公司將依照當時情況,根據本公司之條例全權處理。旅客不得借故反對、退出及要求賠償。事件所引致損失或費用增加,由旅客自行負擔。凡參團者,須遵守各國法紀,嚴禁攜帶私貨營利,及違禁品。進出境法例是由各國自行訂立,如因個人原因而遭某國拒絕入境,其責任與本公司無涉,余下旅程將不獲退還款項,由此產生之額外費用,如交通、住宿等,由其個人負擔,與本公司無關。旅行團如遇參加人數不足,本公司有權作適當安排或取消,旅客繳交的費用將悉數退回,本公司不負責其他賠償,旅客不得提出異議。如本公司認爲個別旅客有可能妨害整個團隊正常活動及利益時,本公司領隊或導遊有權隨時隨地取消其繼續參加旅遊之資格。該旅客離團後的一切行動概與本公司無關。如遇航機取消或延誤而耽誤行程,本公司概不負任何責任。相關責任問題以英文版為準。

COACH TOURS DETAILS ● TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Tour East Holidays (hereinafter expressed as “We” or “the Company”). To ensure that you understand the conditions of your particular vacation, please read the following policies and procedures completely. Your reservation with the Company confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to each and all of below conditions and limits on responsibility.

CHARGES & PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Tour fee(s) are in Canadian dollars based on rate in effect at the time of booking and is subject to change without notice. CAD100 deposit is needed per person for tour excluded flight arrangement(s). CAD300 deposit is needed for tour included flight arrangement(s). Full payment must be received 45 days prior departure.

2. Tour fee generally included transportation and accommodation described per itinerary, and a tour leader on board. Tour would be operated mainly in Chinese languages.

3. Tour fee excluded all applicable taxes (e.g. HST and airport taxes etc.), meals (unless otherwise specified), tour leader and driver’s service charge (mandatory charges, in cash, $10 daily per person in local currency.) and all other gratuities, cost for all optional tours and admissions and, all personal expenses such as excess luggage fees, local/long distance calls, laundry services, hotel paid TV channels and alcohol etc.

4. Tour booking involves any special discount or gift certificate must be paid in full at once. Payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable to another product or service.

5. The Company must receive a written confirmation by the customer in order to cancel a booking. Cancellation penalty applies as follow: cancellation made 45 or more days, deposit forfeited; within 44 to 31 days, 20% of total tour fee; within 30 to 21 days, 40% of the total tour fee; within 20 days, 100% of the total tour fee. All merchant charges (e.g. 3% for credit card transaction) are non-refundable. No refund is allowed for unused/missed tour services, including, but not limited to the non-usage of hotel accommodations, tour features or services on dates specified.

6. Customer must provide accurate passport name(s) at the time of booking. CAD50 administration fee applies should customer requires to transfer the tour booked to another person. Name change would be considered as cancellation should tour involves flight arrangement.

7. Optional tours and admission purchases within the itinerary would be handled and arranged by the Company. Payment should be collected in cash for the ease of operation. We reserve the right to charge maximum $100 per person penalty should customer use ticket(s) obtain from any other sources.

8. Ten or more customers travelling together should take reference of the Group Travel Terms & Condition. Please obtain a copy from your sales agent at the time of booking.

9. Coach tours do not have infant/child fare. All passengers, including infant must occupy one seat on the bus. Customer is responsible to include the infant’s information at the time of booking.

10. Unexpected situations can arise during your vacation so, please protect yourself and your belongings. We recommend that you inquire about the Inclusive travel insurance and purchase at the time of booking.

TOUR INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

1. Customer is responsible to obtain necessary travel document and visa with at least 6 months of validity base on the return date of the tour booked. Customer is responsible for any extra cost (e.g. trip cancellation, change of tour date, transportation and accommodation etc.) incurred due to failure to travel with valid travel documents.

2. Customer must choose a pickup point at the time of booking. A written request is required 5 business-day prior departure should customer wants to change the pickup point. We may not honour the request for operation purposes.

3. The room type in all accommodation generally includes one bed or two beds with maximum quad occupancy. There is no guarantee that extra bedding can be added. The company may substitute accommodation for a similar category should this become necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer must follow tour leader’s daily seating arrangement to ensure a fair travel experience for all passengers on board.

5. Solo traveller must meet the legal age to travel alone. Minors must travel with their legal guardian(s) or the adult(s) in the same party must obtain a valid parental/guardian consent.

6. The tour is considered forfeited if the customer does not collect at the designated location at the scheduled time. Customer is responsible for all additional costs entail.

7. Every attempt has been made to describe the travel service on the website, pamphlets and flyers as accurately as possible. Should such occasional error occur we will do our best to inform you in advance. The Company will not refund or discount the tour for such reason.

8. Tour East Holidays reserves the right, at any time, to substitute comparable alternate hotel accommodations, to alter or substitute vacation itineraries or to do both to ensure the smooth operation of each tour.

RESPONSIBILITY

Tour East Holidays gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued by the Company and all arrangements for transport or conveyance or hotel accommodations are made by the Company as agent upon the expressed condition that the Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or by defect in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant. The Company and/or associated companies accept no responsibility for any losses, additional expenses, distress, disappointments or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from delays due to mechanical breakdowns, changes in flight, train, steamer or other services, government refusal to issue you a visa, your failure to obtain relevant advice from your travel agent, your health problems or your disabilities existing prior to, arising during or as a result of your travel, weather, strikes, force majeure, quarantine or other causes or acts of God. All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations in steamship, air or railroad service of the various countries or by other causes. The right is reserved for the company to withdraw any tour announced in this program, substitute hotels, and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found necessary for the convenience of the parties and the proper execution of the tour(s). Such right is also reserved to decline, to accept or to expel any person as a member of any tour at any time whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of the tour group. The company also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure. In such case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passenger. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passenger’s contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility or liability to any travellers aside from their liability as common carriers. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damage.
